I have a Water Ridge faucet that I bought from Costco 14 years ago that has lifetime warranty on it. I called them up because all the finish has come off and they're sending me a new one. No hassles or questions asked. Other than that the faucet has been good.

Unless you are renovating the place to sell, I would stick with brand name - Moen or Delta.

Have a very similar style faucet and despise it due to the annoying water spots that get left

The flat surfaces allows water to just sit instead of running off, so after washing hands etc and then pushing the lever back down you just left some water on the flat lever unless you wipe it dry

Eventually the water spots are everywhere and annoying to clean, and they really stand out on this style especially with chrome...

Yes, I do like the brushed metal ones, you dont have that issue stand out as much

I ordered this since I thought the LED one was a bit gimicky, IMO. It arrived in 3 days.
Very easy to install (less than 10 min.) and fits perfect in new basement vanity. At this price (clearance?) you cant go wrong, especially with the pop-up drain.
